a good hotel but breakfast should be better

My room was cleaned, with a good light and restroom system. people can drink a hot drinks with cookies 24 hours. very nice lobby

Breakfast included only a local food. I could eat only two pieces of water melon.

Good

Price and staff. Good value if you need one night stay after flight.

Breakfast and location. Nothing around in walkable distance, or maybe the tow itself is not for tourists :) Aircon was loud, but for us it was like white noise so slept well.

Location is great. Room size is amazing and bed is super comfortable

Parking spaces are an issue. There could be at least 1 English tv channel

Lovely stay in town

Nice and clean hotel close to the mall. A good idea to hve some japanese toilets installed. Quite surprising but worth to be mentionned. Cheap and good hotel o come back to when in town. Quiet and clean rooms with gentle staff.

Breakfast was not our kind so we prefered to get out of hotel. Limited options around but Surat Central is not far and plenty of options there.

Fine for a night

Modern hotel. Very large hotel rooms. Clean. Aircon is good.

Buffet breakfast was underwhelming. Overnight receptionist were unhelpful and rude, choosing to play games on their phones instead of answering questions etc. Nothing near the hotel. bad location.

Wonderful

Western style hotel. The rooms were very good. Good bed, good bathroom with hot water. More than enough space in the room.

The breakfast. It was limited and inly Asian style. There was some toast and 1 kind of fruit. Good enough for 1 day, but if you stay longer, a better breakfast is preferred.

Good for a stopover

Stopped here for 2 nights before going to the islands. Room was large, modern and clean. Sufficient for a stopover hotel. The shower flooded a little. No toilet paper was provided. Breakfast was very basic in a clinical style room Breakfast was watermelon, fried eggs, 2 types of delicious Thai food, rice, tea and coffee. There is a large Market very close by if you turn right when you exit. Fruit, clothes, veggies worth a walkthrough. Not much else to see around the hotel. Good value for money was a decent stay.

Nice hotel

Fantastic hotel, excellent cleanliness, cozy rooms and great clean, good service, the only flaw the staff at the reception unkindly indeed the right word is rude because it was a girl, not a smile for welcoming customers, and very rude in asking for documents, maybe they thought that the stranger who lives in a hotel with a Thai wife is only a lady bar, but the receptionist was wrong because in Thai there are also women with degrees and master degrees and successful entrepreneurs, maybe the girl at the reception needs school for a hotel.

Great stopover point

Brand new hotel with lovely room and one of the best hotel bathrooms ever! Public areas good and staff were very polite and helpful. All at bargain prices. Ideal for stopovers to/from islands.

Wifi code must be updated at front office everyday if u stay more than one night, it is not convenient. Car parking is far from hotel about 50 m.

Big room, modern finish, clean, high quality hotel building and internal finish, good value

Unnecessary use of bits of paper when check in. Sachets and single use plastic disappointing. Can do more to consider the environment, but overall good experience. Would recommend

The price of the laundry, and there was three machines outside the door which nobody told us about.

I would say it is great hotel for its price, excellent for overnight stay

Clean rooms and hotel in general. No smells and noises, bathroom looks nice as well. Staff is friendly. One of the best hotels I stayed for this price. Excellent for couple nights. New shopping mall is quite close to the hotel, but 10-15 min walk needed

Don’t count on breakfast at this hotel, there is nothing to eat. No restaurant or bar at the hotels or nearby

Size of room.

Size of room. Cleanliness and fair value for e room offered.

The breakfast offered was not made for muslims. Though this was partly our fault since we didnt check it before booking. General staff were polite but they should be able to understand rudimentary english. It was really difficult communicating.

Will go back next time no problem.

The breakfast was ok, better for Thai dishes than Western. Coffee was very strong which I liked. The location is good for access and getting to the shopping areas.

The only three things that we didn't appreciate was no closets for hanging clothes, no safe for valuables and the shower drainage was very poor, my wife washed her hair and by the time she finished water was leaking out under the door and I forgot to mention it to the front desk. My mistake.

I loved this place - it was incredible clean.

I loved this place - it was incredible clean. No wonder, they would not allow my bicycle inside. Massive thank you to the security staff - I was deeply concerned at leaving it outside with no lock but your security was perfect. Room was large, incredibly clean, shower was amazing, and is also within walking distance of the main plaza. Breakfast was great and also the guy serving.
